THE NEW- LUCAS OIL STADIUM! The very first concert here too! I was VERY lucky this year, with the new prices and location and my job here, I didn't think there was a chance in the world I'd be able to go (which would really hurt my continuing trend of attending every year...) Somehow- my good friend, Claire Dyer's dad had been offered 2 tickets in the suites and Claire knowing I'm such a country fan- asked me to go with her!

It was a really long-(started at 4pm ended at midnight!) but exceptional concert! Opening act was Luke Bryan; who is an up and coming artist- (we were late, so I dont have a pic of him!) Followed by Gary Allan (whom I love!!!) Followed by the one and only, LeAnn Rimes and by 7:35 KEITH URBAN finally came on stage- oooh so pretty! Then, and finally- after having soo much fun KENNY CHESNEY came out- and was on stage for 3 hours! It was their final leg of the tour- which makes the concert that much better because they have more fun and come out and laugh alot more knowing its the final trip- plus, he's in Indy sooooo obviously he has more fun! :]

"Waiting on the World to Change"

I took the literal approach, and used his message of Waiting on the World to change as your chance to volunteer. Also, I added pictures of John Mayer because he's pretty to look at :) and because we needed some pictures to make it less wordy! Many of the organizations I used were popular and some were in the Muncie area. Places like, Locks of Love, A Better Way, Ball States Volunteer Service Organization, and many more. My hope/intention is that people take a step back, realize what they have and how grateful they are for everything and give back to both their community.

BSU is a very good campus for helping the community, the Ball Brothers were socially responsible in their business practices and usually donated money to Muncie, but now as a University, we have a lot of volunteers and many classes require a few hours of community service to complete the course.

Right now my Bulletin Boards are awesome (Mad Props to Amy G for helping) hopefully I can keep it up!

Heres a few pictures of my staff: We're a bit crazy- here are our fun pictures from training.

Yes, I know I told you we were in lectures all day long, but here was the few random times we got to play and have fun. Up top far left is from our "Mock Rock" the theme of our show was Guitar Hero (video game) and we got to play the song, "Here It Goes Again" by Ok, Go. It was fun and we had a great time (we should have won but we didn't vote!) Each RA building/Team had a skit. Second picture, Top Right, is us playing an Ice Breaker called, "Waaa" to where you put your hands up in a prayer shape (Like Evan is) and the two people on the side of you put your arms (still in prayer form) go to the side of your body- then the "Up" person points at another individual in the circle and see if you can knock someone out by not putting your hands up or yelling, Waaaa! Quick enough. (If you ever want to play, I'm In! I loved this game!)

Bottom Picture is a small preview of our group. Far back front row is, Chelsie, Ashley, Michael and Evan *who's obviously not paying attention!* Followed directly behind him is Kara, Kayla, Antonio and Katie. Like all our polos? We were told to wear them on this day! And the las picture is all of us in a huddle as we quickly and poorly planned a "role call" or mini skit to prove we were in attendance and ready for more lectures... lets just say it was funny.

...talk about boring. Very specific areas and lots of talking about money and the legal system. Hopefully by the end of this semester all will make sense. I'm doing alot of group projects and putting together alot of things that I can use in my portfolio when I go looking for a job- which I believe I'll start looking around December when I have a break.

Life's pretty busy around here- loved the weekend but nothing really exciting happened.

PS. Ball State will play Navy on Friday @ 7pm- and the game will be televised nationally on ESPN =] Should be a good game, Its our first ESPN game. Last year the Cardinals won in OT (34-31) Or you can watch this lovely video clip- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cpJcYzaHDx4 that has the highlights.

Hopefully its a good game like last year! I'll be taking my floor along w/ the first floor men and we'll be going to the game- should be an adventure!
